About the product: The design of the Périgord glass collection comes from La Rochère and is immediately noticeable through the flat shaped sides and the beautiful base of the glasses. The Périgord series was inspired by glasses from the 18th century, which were then produced in fluted shapes. The look with the flat sides appeared increasingly in the second half of the 18th century during the reign of Louis XVI - no wonder, because at that time the perfect setting of the table with crockery, cutlery and matching glasses became an absolute must. Since around 1770, connoisseurs and aesthetes have known about the value and benefits of different sized glasses for wine and spirits. The Périgord series, a new edition from La Rochère, thanks to its striking shape and thick glass, is a beautiful, rustic everyday accessory that not only looks great in country houses. By the way, Périgord is the (historical) name of a landscape and region in France that is famous for truffles, wine and great gastronomy: the Dordogne department. For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
