Description

L'Oréal Paris has developed the Excellence Cool Creme shades that promise ultra-cool tones thanks to the innovative purple formula. Purple pigments counteract warm tones that can occur during dyeing. In addition to the developer cream, colouring cream and a comb applicator, the hair dye set also includes a mild purple shampoo and a rich purple care balm. The purple care routine gives a long-lasting cool colour result after colouring. The mild purple shampoo gently cleanses the scalp, frees the hair of excess colour residue and smooths the hair surface for an intense, cool shine. The rich purple care balm neutralises unwanted shades and keeps the colour result cool. Includes instruction manual (English language not guaranteed) and high-quality Expert gloves.

Fill the colour cream into the applicator bottle with developer and shake it well. Apply the colour first at the hairline and then spread it over lengths and tips. Observe exposure time. Then rinse well.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
