Description

The Intensivbalm Evening Primrose +10% Urea is a medical skin care. Use this balm for very dry skin, up to atopic dermatitis plagued skin. This intensive and moisturizing care contains a special combination of high-quality, natural care ingredients and oils. Thus, it is characterized by a high content of essential fatty acids. With evening primrose oil and almond oil, your skin receives an intensive fat and moisturizing care effect. Additionally contained urea stores the moisture in the skin and with cell-protecting vitamin E and panthenol, this balm is rounded off in a cell-protecting and soothing way. The Kneipp evening primrose products have been specially developed with dermatologists for dry and chapped skin. The natural barrier function of the skin is supported and the complexion is improved. Evening primrose oil is obtained from seeds, and they contain a valuable gamma-linolenic acid. This provides your skin with intensive and unique care, so these products are also wonderful to use for neurodermatitis.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
