The Kimbo Classico is a blend of 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta coffee beans and has a strong taste. It is very suitable as a base for coffee variations with milk such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. The Kimbo Gold 100% Arabica is an excellent blend of fine Arabica coffee beans from Central and South America. The roasting unfolds a delicate taste as well as a delicate and tempting aroma with a light chocolate note. Kimbo Napoletano is a blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta coffee beans from South America (including Santos from Brazil) and Asia. It convinces with its intense taste, creamy density and full body with a light fruit note as well as hints of toast and strong chocolate notes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
