The fine Arabica coffees come from the highland regions of Brazil and Central America, the mixture is refined with Robusta beans from India. Neapolitan roasted and refined Particularly gentle and dark roasted according to Neapolitan tradition, Kimbo with the Espresso Extreme produces a mixture of a special kind. The dark roasting and the robusta content create an espresso with a wonderfully round, full and particularly intense taste. By notes of spice and chocolate, this Espresso is a taste sensation. In the aftertaste is the mixture of long-lasting and creamy. In the cup, the espresso presents itself with a stable crema. Preparation in a fully automatic machine or with the screen carrier The dark and intense roasting with its perfectly balanced acidity is ideal for the preparation of a perfect, southern Italian espresso. In addition to the preparation in the sieve carrier, we also recommend the preparation in the fully automatic coffee machine or in combination with milk-based coffee specialities, such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
