Description

The Kenya Berco from Nord Coast Coffee Roastery consists of 100 % Arabica coffee beans and was brighed. With notes of dark berries and stone fruits, every cup of Kenya Berco is a pleasure for all the senses. The cultivation of the exclusive variety and the careful care of the trees creates an exceptionally aromatic and full -bodied filter coffee with an incomparable taste experience.
Kenia Berco is a unique coffee from the Hotspot Zentral-Kenias. What makes this coffee special is the exclusive variety SL-28/34, which is grown there. The trees are up to 70 years old and therefore carry a particularly large number of cherries. Compared to other farmers: Inside in the west of Kenya, which usually harvest between 2.5 and 5 kilos per tree, the farmers can harvest up to 40 kilos per tree inside.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
