Description

- Start cleaning with a non-greasy detergent. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you want to use an eye cream, allow the product to soak in and dry completely. - Shake the tube and squeeze a pea-sized amount on the upper part of the hand. Use your fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush to pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply it to the completely dry eye area. - Spread the gel with upward movements in a thin layer on the eye area, crow's feet, the 11 line between the eyebrows and under and above the brow bone (but not on the movable eyelid). - Allow the product to dry for about five minutes while remaining expressive. Don't blink or smile. - If you notice a white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove the excess by gently dabbing the edges. - As soon as the product is completely dry, you are ready to go. You can gently dab makeup such as eye shadow, concealer or powder. - To prolong the effect of Instant FIRMx® Eye, you should avoid water-based makeup.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
