The Danish traditional company constantly commits new designers to the annual collection. The famous Christmas designer Jette Frölich, the Danish fashion designer Marlene Birger and 2017 Alfredo Häberli have already been committed to this festive collection. In 2018, the successful Swedish designer Monica Förster was won for the collection. Förster has become internationally known for its cutlery design Dorotea for the Swedish label Gense. Monica Förster has been inspired by the nature of her home in central Sweden to design the popular collection collection. The tree decorations, the Christmas mobile and the tree candle holders are shaped by silhouettes such as birds, acorns and pine cones. The design is harmonious and ideally designed, paired with modern elegance. This combination is typical for the successful Swedish designer. Thanks to this beautiful design, Georg Jensen has created a very successful Christmas collection for 2018, which festively decorates your home at Christmas time with brilliance and harmony. All items supplied with the red traditional ribbon will also come with a dark green ribbon. The Christmas mobile of the year is of course delivered with the red ribbon with an embossed year. Furthermore, all objects are decorated with a 24 carat gold plating or coated with palladium in the silver design.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
