Description

For the Intenso, the roastery Mauro uses 30% Arabica beans, as well as 70% Robusta beans. The Arabica portion of the mixture comes from Brazilian growing areas. The Robusta beans come from growing areas in South America and Africa, including Uganda and Cameroon. The espresso lives up to its name "Intenso", which is due to the high proportion of Robusta beans on the one hand, and on the other hand to the dark degree of roasting. After careful selection, the beans for the Intenso are gently roasted. This results in an intense taste experience, which is characterized by a fine Fruit notes are accompanied. In the finish, tobacco notes are noticeable. Typical for the high Robusta content is a pronounced crema, which also makes the Intenso a good basis for coffee specialties with milk. In addition, the caffeine content stated by Mauro at 2% is largely due to the Robusta beans. Thus, the espresso provides the necessary caffeine kick, if desired.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
