Growing and non-slip: the winter foot muff has belt slots in two heights, so that you can adjust it individually to the size of your child. It is suitable for all pushchairs and buggies with a three-point or five-point harness. The back is coated with an anti-slip material so that the footmuff stays securely in the car. Protected head area: the head area can be pulled into the mummy shape by drawstring. This makes your child particularly protected in cold wind and weather. Weatherproof and safe in the dark: the outer material is wind and water resistant. The reflective strip in the foot area ensures good visibility and therefore more safety at dusk and darkness, especially in autumn and winter. Easy to clean. The lower foot area can be opened separately and is lined with a washable material so that dirt and salt can be easily wiped off from the shoes. You can also completely clean the foot muff at 30 °C in the washing machine. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
