Description

Hylo-Parin Eye drops
Manufacturer: Bios Medical Services GmbH
Daring form: Eye drops
Product properties:
Hylo parin for moistening and care of cornea and conjunctiva with irritated eyes with redness, burning and itching sterile, phosphate-free solution Without preservatives
active ingredients: sodium hyaluronate and heparin sodium
What is Hylo Parin?
Hylo Parin is a sterile, phosphate and preservative-free solution for use on the eye.
composition:
1 ml hylo parin contains 1 mg sodium hyaluronate, 1300 I.E. heparin sodium (made of pig muzza), glycerol, water-free citric acid, sodium citrate and water for injection purposes.
Why do you need Hylo Parin?
Hylo Parin moisturized and maintains the cornea and conjunctiva and frees the eye -related irritation of the eye. This alleviates the symptoms of reddening, burning and itching.
When should you use Hylo Parin?
burning, itchy, tearful eyes, the feeling of having sand in your eyes or dry eyes are symptoms of an irritated eye. You rub your eyes, but the symptoms remain. This is a sign that the eye is not sufficiently supplied with moisture. The surface of a healthy eye is covered by a smooth, even tear film that receives the tissue fully functional and washes dust or dirt particles away. Certain conditions also strain the eye and reduce the physiological functionality of tears. This includes the stay in air -conditioned or dusty space, or intensive screen activity. The tear production decreases with increasing age. Hylo Parin contains the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that can be found in the eye, but also in other parts of the body. It has the special physical property of forming a uniform, stable and particularly long -lasting moisture film on the surface of the eye without being rinsed quickly. This so -called bioadhäsive property is supported by heparin. Heparin is also a physiological substance that, in its chemical structure, resembles the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. The sodium salt of the hyaluronic acid and heparin maintain the cornea and conjunctiva and, together with the natural tears, moisten the surface of the eye. The eye is supplied with a long and stable tear film and thus protected against surrounding stimulus. Hylo Parin is free of preservatives and contains physiological substances, so that it is generally very well tolerated.
How do you use Hylo Parin?
Use Hylo Parin only if the sealing of the folding box was intact before the first application. Lick the cap before each use. To do this, hold the cap just above the bottle and pull the bottle away from the cap with your other hand with a rotation. Please keep the bottle with the dripper tip vertically down and press the bottle floor with the tipper tip before the first use of Hylo Parin until the first drop comes on the tip of the bottle. After that, the bottle is ready for use for the following applications. Keep the bottle down with the dripper tip by putting your thumb on the bottle shoulder and the other fingers on the bottle floor. Support your hand with the COMOD bottle on your free hand. Put your head back a little, pull the lower eyelid slightly from the eye with your free hand and quickly and strongly press the bottle floor in the middle. This operates the mechanism to take a drop. Due to the special valve technology of the COMOD system, the size and speed of the drop is always the same even when pressure on the bottle floor. Slowly close your eyes so that the liquid can spread evenly on the surface of the eye. After use, carefully close the dripper tip with the cap. Please make sure that the dripper tip is dry. Avoid the tipper tip with the eye or facial skin when you drop. The bottle can be removed 10 ml of solution, this corresponds to about 300 drops. For production reasons, there is always a small liquid residue in the bottle. The duration of the use of Hylo Parin is not limited. The same person should always be treated with the content of a bottle of Hylo Parin.
What other information about the application must be observed?
In the event of an additional other drug treatment with eye drops, an application distance of at least 30 minutes should be observed. Hylo Parin should always be administered last. Eye ointments should in any case be painted into the conjunctiva sack after Hylo Parin. Due to his freedom of preservation, Hylo Parin is particularly well tolerated even when used for long -term use. In very rare individual cases, hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. burning, tears flow) were reported, which were completed directly after stopping Hylo Parin. In very rare cases, allergic skin reactions on heparin were reported. Hylo Parin can be used while wearing contact lenses. We recommend waiting for about 30 minutes after using contact lenses to use the eye drops to avoid possible intolerance reactions that are possible due to interactions between contact lens care products and Hylo Parin. Due to this knowledge, Hylo Parin can also be used in children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. If the eye drops containing gentamicin are to be used at the same time, the longest possible distance of at least one hour between the applications must be observed, since Gentamicin can form visible precipitation in the conjunctiva sac in direct interaction with heparin.
How often and how long should you use Hylo Parin?
Hylo Parin should be dosed individually according to your condition and recommendation of your ophthalmologist. In general, drip 1 drop of Hylo Parin 3 to 6 times a day into the conjunctiva bag of every eye. If you use Hylo Parin more often (e.g. more than 10 times a day) and use more symptoms, have your eyes examined regularly by the ophthalmologist. Hylo Parin is suitable for a permanent application, but - as with all diseases - you should ask an ophthalmologist for advice if there are long -lasting symptoms (e.g. longer than two weeks).
When shouldn't Hylo Parin use?
Hylo Parin should not be used in the case of hypersensitivity to one of the components.
What are the information on the storage of Hylo Parin?
Do not store over 25 ° C. After the bottle, Hylo Parin can be used for 6 months. No longer apply after the expiry date. Keep inaccessible to children. The following pack sizes are available:
10 ml eye drops.
