It can help to protect your family from diseases. Sagrotan Hygiene Spray (aerosol) will help protect your family from germs by preventing the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses. The unique formula of Sagrotan has been proven to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and special viruses, including E. coli, salmonella and flu viruses on surfaces with which you come into contact every day (e.g. doorknobs, trash cans, toilet, carpet, upholstered furniture). Product Information: Eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and special viruses, including: - E. coli Salmonella Listeria - Flu virus Instructions for use: - Shake the can well before use. - Hold the can slightly at an angle ( do not spray horizontally or overhead). - Spray the pre-cleaned surface from a distance of 15-20cm until it is completely wetted. - At least 30 sec. to eliminate special viruses. - For maximum protection 15 min. let it take effect. - Let it air dry. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
