    The capsules contain the body's own tiredness reliever melatonin* and valuable natural plant extracts such as passionflower, valerian and lemon balm. Taken 30 minutes before going to bed, Hoggar® melatonin gently helps you to calm down in the evening come and helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep - for restful nights and well-rested days.
    Hoggar® Melatonin gently helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body in the pineal gland. Through its function in certain areas of the brain, it helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and relieve subjective sensations of jet lag. Taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
    Melatonin can also help with jet lag: a dose of at least 0.5 mg melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the travel destination helps to alleviate subjective jet lag sensations.
    Filler calcium phosphate, valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaf), passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., herb and flower), gelatin, water, dyes calcium carbonate and
    starch sodium octenyl succinate, Anti-caking agent silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin
    Take the capsule daily shortly before going to bed with plenty of water.
    The stated recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.
    Store cool (6-25 °C) and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
