Description

The Passalacqua Harem is the top blend of the Italian roastery. This roasting consists of 100% selected, hand-picked Arabica beans from ten different countries of origin. These ten varieties give this coffee a very high quality. Rarities such as the Jamaica Blue Mountain and the Puerto Rico San Pedro are part of this exclusive mix. The Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the best coffees on the international market and shows the high quality level of the roastery. The coffee beans are washed before roasting and are given a rest period of a few days after the roasting process, before they are finally packed fresh in the appropriate aroma can. The roasted beans are characterized by their slightly oily consistency, which is formed during the strong roasting. Such an oily consistency is a hallmark of many southern Italian roasts. This mixture smells aromatic and has notes of chocolate, which, in addition to a hint of hazelnut and dried fruits, determine the taste of the espresso. In the finish, a very light Caused by acid. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
