Without weighing down, the René Furterer beauty care detangles your hair and ensures suppleness and shine. A formula without silicones and with active ingredients of natural origin inspires and ensures a light hair feeling. The product obtained from soy Cimentrio is rich in lipids and proteins. Protect and regenerate your scalp and hair from negative external influences with this unique complex of active ingredients. The active, nutrient-rich active ingredient Karité penetrates deep into your hair and gives it back its natural radiance. René Furterer has been working with women in Burkina Faso since 2012, ensuring ethically produced karité oil. Apply a small amount of the Karité Hydra hair Mask strand by strand from the hair lengths to the tips. Leave the mask on for 2 to 5 minutes and comb your hair thoroughly. Then carefully rinse the product until your hair squeaks. Apply the hair mask once or twice a week.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
