The tinting shampoo is as easy to use as a normal shampoo and for natural and colored hair. Spread evenly in the damp hair, massage it in and leave a maximum of 10 minutes. The exposure time should not be exceeded. Durability varies depending on the nature of the hair. Then rinse thoroughly. Sachet as a one -time application. For the output colors dark blonde to medium blonde hair. Note: Not suitable for bleached or lighter colored hair, since the color result and durability can differ.

The tinting shampoo immerses her hair in a brilliant copper and leaves a silky-shiny result in addition to a pleasant hair feeling. Thanks to the gentle care formula, the washable color is particularly gently to hair and scalp. The tinting shampoo is free of microplastics, silicones and sulfates and convinces with the skin-neutral pH. The color holds up to four hair washes.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
