Description

The Berliner Roastrack Raw coffee from the Farm Katharina Pacaya in the Departamentos Petén in Guatemala uses for roasting from Guatemala Santa Katharina Geisha. About 1250 meters above sea level, the Reitzel family runs a coffee farm and attaches plants from the sought -after Arabica Geisha variety. The conditions could not be better: the soil is regularly supplied with nutrients by the ashes of the Pacaya volcano and the climate also fits perfectly. Washed, the raw beans find their way directly into the first crack in Berlin.
First crack roasts the high -quality beans from Guatemala with great care and great attention to detail. The developed roasting profile elicits the coffee a taste experience that is reminiscent of nougat, apricot or almond cake. An elegant and fine taste is expected from Arabica coffee of the Geisha variety, which captivates with floral-sweet and rather lovely fruity notes. The washed preparation creates a particularly clearly nuanced taste in which the individual flavors are clearly recognizable.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
