This is especially important when value is placed on vegan, lactose-free or stevia-containing ice treats! With the Gelato ice machine, pre-chilled ingredients transform into approx. 1.5 litres of cream ice cream in just 20 to 30 minutes. Simply pre-freeze the removable, anodised ice container (easy to clean) for 8 to 12 hours in the *** freezer (-18°C). The compact device in the chic stainless steel outfit does the rest at the touch of a button. The digital timer on the touch control panel is adjustable from 5 to 45 minutes. And the generous LCD display shows the remaining running time of ice production. The perfect creaminess ensures the right and left operation. Do you want to add some fresh fruits, nut chips or chocolate pieces? No problem, there is the practical lid opening. The BPA-free Gelato ice machine can be completely dismantled for easy cleaning and comes with a meaningful instruction manual (English language not guaranteed). This delivers cool ice recipes at the same time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
