The Graef Kettle WK 902 double-walled black from the Graef Kettle WK series

The double-walled Graef stainless steel kettle WK 902 has a classic, black stainless steel design. It impresses with two special functions, a child safety device and the adjustable temperature preselection for coffee or tea lovers. The special feature here is that the desired temperature can be set to four different temperatures. The Graef kettle has both a button for 100 degrees hot water and a button for tea, which can be set to 70 or 80 degrees. For coffee drinkers, the "hand brew" function is suitable, which heats the water to approx. 93 degrees. Even after the Graef kettle has been switched off, the residual heat is still displayed for five to six minutes, even if the kettle is no longer on the base station. The double-sided stainless steel housing ensures that the kettle is easy to grip from the outside and does not get too hot. In addition, the 360 ° central contact allows the kettle to be placed in any position on the base station. The matt stainless steel design fits perfectly into any modern kitchen.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
