With the Bar Crema mixture, the Joerges coffee house has succeeded in combining the best of Arabica and Robusta beans. The 60/40 mixture is roasted varietal using the traditional drum roasting method to guarantee the optimal roasting degree of each bean and thus also the optimal taste. A pure roasting means that each bean variety is roasted individually, which is very important especially for mixtures with different bean sizes. Meticulous Care Through this care and attention to detail, you can look forward to a full-bodied, spicy taste that remains intense on the tongue and makes you want more. But the dark roasted mixture not only inspires with its inner values, but also with its look: like a crown, the firm, marble-like crema rests on the espresso and completes your taste experience perfectly. The Gorilla Bar Crema tastes fantastic as an espresso as well as with milk in the form of a cappuccino or latte macchiatos. The mixture is suitable for preparation in a fully automatic machine as well as with the screen carrier machine.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
