INGREDIENTS
Rice flour, modified cassava starch (tapioca), linseed (12%), pumpkin seeds (10%), sunflower seeds (10%), linseed flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, salt, evening primrose flour, dry baker's yeast, ground psyllium husks, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid.
DESCRIPTION
Gluten-free baking mix for baking Promnik bread is a product obtained by mixing semi-finished products in a blender in the proportions specified in the recipe.
PREPARATION METHOD
Preparation: 380 ml of water, 3 tablespoons of oil, a mold
- Prepare a bread mold, grease it and sprinkle it with gluten-free flour.
- Put the dry mixture in a high Bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add 3 tablespoons of oil and 380 ml of water to the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Knead the dough thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Let the dough rest in the bowl for about 15 minutes in a warm place.
- After the time has elapsed, knead the dough for about 2 minutes.
- Then pour the dough into the prepared tins.
- Cover the tin with a cloth and place in a warm place and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C using the fan function.
- Place the tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 225 °C - Preheat to 230 °C and bake the bread for another 7 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, turn off the oven and let the bread cool in the tin for about 5 minutes.
- The Remove bread from the baking tin and let it cool for about 15 minutes to allow any moisture to evaporate.
