Already with the first application, the Glossy lipstick from COULEUR CARAMEL envelops the lips in intense color with a seductively shiny finish. But thanks to its highly concentrated shiny pigments, the lipstick not only provides long-lasting stunning statement lips, but also scores with a richly nourishing and protective formula: organic cocoa butter supports collagen synthesis and allows the sensitive skin around the lips to gain elasticity and tone, while organic sweet almond oil soothes irritations and provides valuable moisture. Organic jojoba oil and sesame oil preserve the moisture content of the skin and offer it excellent protection against environmental influences, organic castor oil ensures a optimally fixed color. The lipstick is certified by ECOCERT and consists of at least 95% natural ingredients; at least 20% of the ingredients come from organic agriculture.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
