Description

The Kartio drinking glasses from the Finnish traditional brand littala stand for minimalist Scandinavian design and convince above all with their skilful simplicity. Designer Kaj Franck created a timeless glass series with his concept of the harmonious balance of geometry and impeccable glass craftsmanship, which becomes an eye-catcher on every set table. Various subtle shades provide plenty of variety and make it possible to set new accents on a blackboard again and again. This creates a variety of possible combinations, from simple Scandi design to colorful table arrangements in the 60s style. Kartio drinking glasses with 21cl and 40cl capacity are offered. The series is completed by colour-matching carafes with a capacity of 95cl, in which drinks can be served in style. A great advantage, since bottles never look very good on a festive table. Products of the littala Kartio series can also be excellently misused as decorative objects. This makes it possible, for example, to create tea light holders or flower vases from Kartio drinking glasses and carafes to match the rest of the table decoration. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
