Description

The face wash cream gives the skin purity and freshness. For all skin types, gentle cleansing with the face wash cream is the cleansing basic care in the morning and evening. It preserves the natural hydrolipid mantle of the skin and at the same time prepares it for the further care steps. The moisturizing composition with marigold, chamomile, St. John's wort, clover and almond invigorates and clarifies in a mild way. The pores of the skin look refined. The high-quality medicinal plant extracts can develop their cleansing and nourishing powers directly on the basis of the pleasantly creamy almond flour. Application In the morning and in the evening, moisten the face well with warm water. Soften 1-2 cm of face wash cream in your hand with water, spread it in both hands and press it on the forehead starting from the inside out. Avoid the eye area. Re-moisten the hands and gently press the face wash cream. Repeat the procedure several times. Please do not rub, as it is not a peeling. Then remove the face wash cream with plenty of warm water and finish the cleaning with cool water. For sensitive skin, use only warm water.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
