Your symptoms, such as itching, redness or burning of the skin, are at the end of a cascade that begins with dry skin. Without proper care, the skin loses its protective barrier function. Bacteria, fungi or allergens penetrate the skin, the immune system becomes active and the skin reacts irritatingly. Gehwol med Sensitive is a medical care specially developed for this dry and sensitive skin type. Used daily, the cream relieves the symptoms typical of sensitive skin, such as itching or burning, it reduces redness and regenerates the natural microflora of the skin. With its natural ingredients, the cream prevents bacteria, fungi or allergens from spreading to deeper layers of the skin and thus offers effective infection prophylaxis. In addition to its sensitive formula, the cream nourishes feet and legs richly with ceramides and almond oil. At the same time, it stabilizes the skin's natural barrier protection function and moisturizes. Dosage and instructions for use: Apply the cosmetic daily morning and evening to clean, dry feet and legs and massage in. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
