Description

The lemon cream from the Jeunesse care line by Hildegard Braukmann is a Facial care for the delicate, sensitive and dry skin . The cream owes its effect to selected, purely natural ingredients. The lemon extract is extracted from lemon juice and has an antiseptic and mild astringent effect. Cocoa butter nourishes the skin and ensures a pleasant feeling on the skin. Phytosqualane, which is obtained from olive oil, moisturizes the skin and makes it silky soft. Also included is oats, which has an anti-irritating effect and is therefore ideal for the care of sensitive and very sensitive skin. The lemon cream by Hildegard Braukmann also contains allantoin, which promotes the regeneration of damaged skin, as well as almond oil, which protects and nourishes sensitive skin. Soothing care for every day The Lemon cream can be used daily for facial care . To do this, apply a sufficient amount of the cream to the skin in the morning and evening after cleansing the face. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
