Just add egg whites and add coloring if desired. Mix on high speed and fill the batter into a piping bag. Form circles on a baking sheet or use a macaron baking mat and let rest for 2 hours.
With this mix you can make colorful macarons in all your favorite colors. To achieve the desired color, only add FunCakes Dust or FunCakes Gel food coloring.
