We offer you beautiful and high-quality garden bench cushions, filled with foam, made from 100% polyester. The cushions are approx. 5 cm thick. 100% original products directly from the manufacturer.

Thanks to the excellent durability of our materials, they will work well as seats in restaurants, hotels, schools as well as in your garden! All of our products are handmade to ensure your satisfaction!

Thanks to a wide range of colours, they will fit all types and styles of furniture. The cushions are resistant to abrasion, scratches and sun rays. An additional plus is the ease of keeping them clean, just a damp cloth and liquid. If you do have any questions, we will be happy to answer them.

Please note that the cushions cannot be washed higher than at 30 degrees. The bench cushions should be washed in a program without spinning. The bench cushions are scratch resistant, lightweight and comfortable. The filling has high resistance to deformation.

Die Kissen sind aus weichen, aber haltbaren Polsterstoffen hergestellt. Die Sofas in Ihrem Wohnzimmer sind aus diesen Materialien genäht. Das Polstermaterial verhindert durch seine Struktur, dass das Gewebe Schmutz aufnimmt – einfach mit einem feuchten Tuch und Spülmittel abwischen und abtrocknen. Durch die Reinigung der Kissen auf diese Weise erhalten Sie das Aussehen und die Eigenschaften des Stoffes. Außerdem kann das Polstermaterial separat gewaschen werden (ohne Füllung). Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass das Produkt bei maximal 30 Grad und im Programm ohne Schleudern gewaschen werden muss. Das Innenkissen ist mit einem weichen Polyurethanschaum gefüllt. Die Füllung hat eine hohe Beständigkeit gegen Verformungen und verliert nicht an Elastizität. Ein zusätzliches Dekoelement ist die eingenähte Bordüre an den Kanten des Kissens.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
