Summary

Coffee puck strainer: our puck screen is made of multi-layer sintered 316L stainless steel and is not synthesised with adhesive. Compared to 304 stainless steel, 316L is more sustainable at high temperatures. 150 μm puck filter: according to our many years of research, 150 μm puck filter is more effective in improving the coffee aroma and better for espresso machines than other 50 μm puck filters. Clean hold: keeps puck screen machine and shower screen clean, improves water distribution and reduces the likelihood of splashes; effectively improves extraction and homogeneity, increases pre-softness. Note: It is not compatible with some coffee machines that have a raised screw in the middle of the shower under the filter holder. Better taste: the espresso puck screen has a flat surface, even pore size, good filtration, can be weighted for use, is easy to clean, resistant to high temperatures, acids and alkalis.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
