The Caffè New York Extra consists of 100% of the finest Arabica beans, from the best growing areas of Central America. Above all, its light and balanced taste distinguish this coffee. At the same time, it is characterized by subtle bitter and acidic notes. The Caffè New York Extra owes this to the addition of 5% Jamaica Blue Mountain beans, one of the most expensive and sought-after coffees worldwide. Due to the resealable can, the full aroma of the espresso is retained even after opening. The coarser grinding of the coffee also makes it possible to use it in the mocha jug. Caffè New York finds its origin in 1930 in Montecatini Terme - a small village in the heart of Italy. The care, experience and passion have been passed down from generation to generation and have now been maintained by the grandchildren. It's not for nothing that this roaster is a real favorite among many coffee connoisseurs.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
