Care duo for the eye area in the set With the Total Eye Treatment, SENSAI presents a two-stage care ritual for the eye area. The Refreshing Eye Essence is enriched with the Total Eye Complex, which provides the skin with important moisture and has a wonderfully refreshing effect. The silky essence is applied with the nickel-free stainless steel ball applicator, which glides over the skin of the eye area, forehead and temples as if by itself and feels pleasantly cool. Fine lines and wrinkles appear smoother after applying the Refreshing Eye Essence, so that the entire eye area gains freshness and definition. The Melty Rich Eye Cream with the Total Eye Complex and the Hydro Optimiser Complex combats puffiness under the eyes, dark circles and wrinkles and at the same time promotes the firmness of the skin. It also contains delicate pearl pigments that make the eye area shine fantastically. Included in the set a Refreshing Eye Essence (15 ml) a Melty Rich Eye Cream (20 ml)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
