The Primavera organic First Aid blend contains organic essential oils with a special fragrance. Immortelle, cistrose and lavender fine come together here. The mixture is versatile for first aid applications. For individual recipes The Primavera power concentrate can be used for Skin Care or for scar treatment. It contains organic essential oils of immortelle, cistus and lavender, which are precisely tailored to the needs of the skin and can have a regenerating effect. The mixture can easily be adapted to your own situation. For example, you can use it for a cooling pad to relieve the consequences of a bruise on the skin or as a scar oil. The oil has a warm, floral, earthy and sweet scent that relaxing and grounding act.The First aid mixture Kraft Konzentrat bio may only be used diluted. For a cooling topping, you can mix organic essential oils with plant water. For a Scar Care a rosehip oil is recommended as a base, in which you add a few drops of First aid mixture Kraft Konzentrat bio.The Primavera power concentrate can also be used for young children from the age of two who have a sore throat. To do this, according to the instructions, make a mixture with jojoba oil.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
