The sling fits perfectly on the baby body and pulls easily. Company logo determines the centre of the cloth. Length 5 m, width 50 cm, which makes the child ideal to wrap without having to roll up excess material. The Polish manufacturer, in which the manufacturer of the carrier cloth supplies itself with fabric, has the quality certifications PN-EN ISO 9001-2001 for the fabric, as well as a certificate that (...) the fabric is a safe clothing material. All auxiliary materials and dyes are approved for use. The entire range of dyes contains no derivatives of benzidid and aids with phenols and impurities with heavy metals. The dyes are non-toxic and do not contain any compounds from the Mak list in points III A1 and A2, do not contain carcinogenic (carcinogenic) amines and do not disintegrate into these compounds. The company that manufactures for us material for carrying towels has the quality certifications PN-EN ISO 9001-2001 for the fabric and dyes, as well as a certificate that this material is child-friendly.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
