Description

The Espresso Classico from the Saquella roastery consists of 60% high-quality Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans. The Arabica coffee beans were cultivated in Brazil as well as Central and South America. Robusta coffee plants have grown in India and Central Africa. They were roasted wonderfully dark, so that the Espresso Classico has a lot of body and a strong character. The taste is delightfully dark and has notes of sweet chocolate. The Saquella roastery stands for tradition and consistent, high quality of its coffee blends. With the new E.S.E. Pads, the roastery shows that it keeps up with the times and attaches great importance to values such as sustainability and a respectful approach to nature. The E.S.E. pads are 100% compostable and can be disposed of in compost waste. The packaging of the pads is 100% recyclable and can thus be added to the paper waste. Note: The pads are manufactured according to the E.S.E. standard and fit into corresponding E.S.E. pad machines as well as espresso machines with a portafilter and corresponding E.S.E. Pad insert. However, they are not suitable for Senseo® machines.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.

How Credit Card/Debit Card works?

Choose Credit Card/Debit Card as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
