The positive effect is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is added shortly before bedtime. Dietary supplement with melatonin, passionflower, hops and valerian extract. A restful sleep is the prerequisite for a good start to the day. Stressful phases of life, shift and night work or long air travel across several time zones can lead to sleep problems. Dr. Theiss Melatonin Einschlaf- Spray PLUS combines melatonin, passionflower, hops and valerian extract. Melatonin helps to reduce the time to fall asleep. The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime. The easy-to-use spray is easy to dose thanks to the spray head. Vegan Sugar-free With currant-mint flavor Application Do not take together with alcohol. Take only before going to bed and not before operating machines or driving a car. Please keep the spray head closed with the closure cap after use to prevent contamination and drying.
