The Cleanance Express cleansing lotion ensures a quick but thorough skin cleansing - without water - for clear, pure, refreshed skin. Removes even waterproof makeup. Thanks to special eye-compatible surfactants, it is also suitable for eye make-up removal. Clarifying, moisturising, skin soothing. - For greasy, blemished skin and late acne (for normal to oily skin) - monolaurine reduces the volume of the sebaceous glands and inhibits sebum formation - cetrimonium bromide has an antiseptic and antibacterial effect - alcohol free - 90% Avène thermal water also available as a practical 100 ml travel size! The clinical effectiveness of Cleanance micellar cleansing lotion has been proven under dermatological supervision (1): immediately after use, the skin is delicate, matt, clear, fresh and pure. - After 28-day use, the Cleanance Express cleansing lotion has significantly reduced excess sebum and re-greasing. (1) 32 test subjects with oily acne prone skin. Apply 2 times daily to the face for 28 days. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
