The faithfulness to the origin Moomin Cup Winter 2017 "The faithfulness to the origin" is a Moomin cup of the brand Arabia which was introduced in autumn 2017 in the Arabia range. The cup is part of a series of porcelain products that describe Tove Jansson's journey through life. She wrote her last Moomin book "Late in November" shortly after her mother passed away. During this time, she retired from public life to cope with her grief and the loss of her mother. "Faithfulness to the origin of the Moomin" is the reflection of this time from Tove Jansson's life. The pattern is based on two stories: "Late in November" and "Dad and the Sea." Both stories share the same tone of melancholy. The book "Late in November" is not about the Moomin troll-it's about the other residents of Mumindale who missed the Moomin troll and wanted it back. All characters had different reasons to visit the Moomin house and were equally disappointed not to find any of the Moomin family. The characters Fillyjonk, Hemulen, Mymble and Snufkin stayed in the empty house and tried to live the same way as their beloved Moomin family. In this period of absence, they learned a lot about themselves. In the book "Dad and the Sea" the family decided to move to a lighthouse. In the autumn period, the ocean was unpredictable and wild. During this time, the characters experienced the environment in their own personal way. The Moomin troll preferred to sit alone, the Moomin mother missed her old home, and the Moomin dad tried to understand the forces of nature. The only thing, as always, was that Little My understood the mystery and the gloomy atmosphere of the island. The pattern on the mug reflects Tove Jansson's feelings at the time and the illustrations share those thoughts and feelings with the world.

While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
