Diamond Ciabatta Baking Instructions for the Oven: Ingredients: 500g Diamond Ciabatta Baking Mix, 325ml water (lukewarm, approx. 35-40°C), flour for dusting. Briefly mix the ingredients using a food processor or a mixer fitted with a dough hook on low speed. Then knead on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until you have an elastic dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then carefully divide it in half and place it on a floured or baking sheet lined with baking paper. Form two flat, oblong loaves (approx. 30cm long, 15cm wide), taking care not to break up any air bubbles in the dough. Prick the dough pieces several times with a fork and dust with flour. Cover and let it rise for about 45 minutes, until the dough has noticeably increased in size. Bake on the bottom rack of the preheated oven. Allow the baked bread to cool on a wire rack or wooden board. Top/bottom heat: approx. 20 minutes at 200°C. Fan oven: approx. 20 minutes at 190°C. Gas mark: approx. 20 minutes at level 3-4. Baking instructions for a bread maker: Ingredients: 500g Diamond Ciabatta mix, 325ml water (lukewarm, approx. 35-40°C). For optimal baking results, first add the water and then the baking mix to your bread maker.
