The Colorance color system belongs to the Goldwell Demi-Permanent Hair Color product group, which makes hair tinting versatile and gentle on the hair. Colorance enables targeted color results - whether for refreshing or as a type change. The decisive advantage of this Demi-Permanent Hair Color: it protects the hair, strengthens the structure and maintains it silky smooth - of course, including a brilliant color result. This is hair-tinting and grooming all in one. The product range offers numerous shades for different hair types. Fine, normal and strong hair is toned and cared for equally intensively. The hair structure improves by up to 35 percent. The moisture balance is increased thanks to the innovative lipid formula in the Demi-Permanent Hair Color, which makes the hair appear healthier and feel more supple. Depending on the desired result, Goldwell offers the right products: Colorance Standard or Cover Plus for more color shine and reliable gray hair coverage up to 50 or 75 percent white content. Max Red Shades give red tones more vivacity - from cool to warm shades. With the Mix tones you can achieve absolutely individual effects. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
