The Nescafè Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS is the small model in the Nescafé Dolce Gusto family and, thanks to its very compact dimensions, fits into even the smallest kitchen.

Height-adjustable cup shelf

With a simple click system, the cup shelf can be varied in two heights in no time. The beverages can also be prepared directly in cups and glasses with a height of up to 13 cm.

Nesccafé Dolce Gusto System

With the Nescafé Dolce Gusto system, drinks can be prepared hot or cold. More than 30 drink variants are available. Each of these beverage variants preserves the aroma thanks to the hermetically sealed capsule system until it is prepared with a max. 15 bar pressure for comfortable and infinitely varied coffee enjoyment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
