Description

Mivoli's kinesiology tape is suitable to support injured and tense muscles, ligaments and joints. The elastic tape stabilizes without restricting mobility and can be applied with more or less stretch if necessary. It is pleasant to carry on the skin, air -permeable and water -repellent. The kinesiology tape is versatile. A detailed description of the individual areas of application can be found in the enclosed instructions for use. Please keep in original packaging. This contains important information. Unfortunately, the pre -selection of a certain color is not possible with this order.

Product Safety

The tape can usually be worn over several days, but should be replaced every 3–5 days. In the event of sensitive skin or tendency to allergies, the tolerance should be tested at a smaller skin area. If skin irritation (e.g. redness or itching) occurs, the use should be ended. Check out a doctor if the symptoms stop. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. The applied tape preferred by a doctor or physiotherapist. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
