✔️ 5x250g coffee set: The beans are processed in a gentle manner in northern Germany using long-term drum roar. In this way, the flavors in the coffee beans can develop completely, which leads to a rich taste.
✔️Caféhaus: The roasted coffee consists of South and Central American and African Arabica beans. A perfect aroma combined with very fine acid creates its characteristic taste. A classic that has remained true to his mix for 50 years.
✔️ Hanseat: The traditional type of coffee is a special mix of central American beans that give it its typical taste - combined with very mild beans from South America for the aromatic abundance. Rounded off by a small proportion of Asian beans, the taste gets its last small, fine note with Esprit.
✔️ BIO-Reinkultur: The first-class organic coffee consists of 100 % Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and processed in Peru, Mexico, Ethiopia and Indonesia to the best ecological standard. Its more characteristic, full of taste convinces out of itself.
✔️ Bio-santing courage & the mildness: Both varieties were freed by a special refinement of stimulus and bitter substances. So they shine with a mild, fine taste that lies between gentle and tasteful. The varieties both consist of Arabica beans.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
