About the product: This is a set of two cocktail glasses with two cocktail sticks. The cocktail glass has a gold rim and is decorated with gold stars and the inscription "Cocktailicious". The glass sticks bear our initials: 'RM'. They are perfect for spearing fruit or olives. Packed in a beautiful gift box. We recommend cleaning by hand. About Riviera Maison Glassware: The basic ingredients of glass are sand, soda and crushed glass shards. Glass is made by mixing and melting these components in a large furnace at 1300°C. Then a fascinating and extremely exciting process begins: mouth blowing. ‌ The glass is measured and cleaned one last time and then returned to the oven on a kind of conveyor belt at 500 °C for three hours. The hot glass goes into a “cooldown” oven where it cools slowly over a period of three hours. Then the glass undergoes a complete inspection until it is perfectly stable and the logo is blown into the glass. And the glass is now available to you for a beautiful place in your home! The brand operates over 150 stores in its home country and is also very successful abroad. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
