Description

The Classic Selezionata from Lucaffé consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The coffee impresses with its strong, but still pleasantly fruity taste. The different aromas and flavors keep a perfect balance, which means an excellent pleasure experience for you! The coffee also tastes slightly sweetish and exudes a hint of chocolate, which you can still taste afterwards. The coffee is rounded off by a crema like cream that lasts a long time in the cup. You can find out even more about the Classic Selezionata in our product review in the Aromatico Coffee World magazine. The coffee beans from Lucaffé are roasted slowly and gently in the rotary drum. That is why there is also the pleasant smell of toasted bread, which flows towards you when you open the package. This roasting process is traditionally Italian and removes the bitter substances from the coffee, which makes it particularly soft and pleasant to drink. Since its foundation in 1996, the Lucaffé brand has been advertising with the image of a dancing and smiling colored man. In the meantime, however, such a presentation is no longer up-to-date, which is why Lucaffé also sees it as its duty to change the design of its packaging. Therefore, new packaging is gradually being introduced. Some fans of Lucaffé may not like this, but a fresh and modern design is at least as appealing as the old one – without any controversial stereotypes!

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
