    Description

    For the Martella Classic Class, the coffee beans have once traveled around the coffee belt: from Brazil to Central America via India and Africa. This diversity also lays down in taste. Due to its particularly high robusta content of 40%, the blend is a rather strong espresso. The oily texture gives it a particularly pronounced crema and is pleasantly full -bodied in taste. The floral acid receives the blend from the Arabica share of 60%. In terms of taste, nuances of dark chocolate and honey dominate, which are rounded off by a slightly smoky aroma. With the Martella Classic Class you will receive a traditionally strong and authentic espresso, which you can best prepare in the portafilter or fully automatic coffee machine.
    The coffee beans are traditionally roasted in the gentle drum roasting process. This gives the espresso a particularly strong taste and a medium caffeine content. Unwanted bitter tones stay away from this selection of beans, so that nothing stands in the way of a loved coffee drink. Due to its pronounced crema, the Martella Classic Class Espresso is also ideal for preparing coffee specialties such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
