The red camellia is not a flower like any other, it is the N°1 DE CHANEL signature ingredient: a flower with revitalizing properties that owes its eternal youth to its incomparable energy. CHANEL research was able to capture its outstanding effectiveness and thus create a new generation of care and makeup products as well as a perfumed body spray. As the central ingredient of the sustainable N°1 DE CHANEL line, the red camellia extract specifically targets the N°1 phase of skin aging by acting preventively and correctively on the 5 visible signs the effects of aging. After the N°1 DE CHANEL care ritual, wrinkles look softened, pores are visibly refined, and the skin is more elastic again. The skin feeling improves, and the skin radiates vitality. The N°1 DE CHANEL Spray serum contains the red camellia extract in the same high concentration as the serum and, as a two-phase spray, helps to preserve the youthful appearance of the skin. The formula contains 97% ingredients of natural origin and 40% ingredients derived from camellia. Enriched with protective oil of the red camellia and refreshing plant water of the camellia, it gives a pleasant skin feeling and luminosity.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
