Cerustop Ear Oil Spray is used to remove excess or hardened earwax (cerumen) to prevent inflammation of the external auditory canal. What is included in Cerustop Ear Oil Spray? Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Paraffin oil, Isostearyl Isostearate, Almond oil, PEG-40 Sorbitan Peroleate, BHA/BHT, Vitamin E. What properties does Cerustop Ear Oil Spray have? Cerustop Ear Oil Spray is sprayed into the external ear canal, penetrates the earwax and makes it more soluble and therefore easily removable. Hardened earwax impairs hearing and can lead to inflammation in the external auditory canal. Therefore, it should be removed regularly. Cerustop Ear Oil Spray is also suitable for hearing aid wearers. Cerustop ear Oil Spray can also be applied by the doctor before ear rinses. Application examples: What is Cerustop Ear Oil Spray used for? For loosening and removing excess or hardened earwax. ForPrevention of inflammation of the external auditory canal. For cleaning the auricle and the external auditory canal. There are no concerns about its use in pregnancy and lactation. Cerustop ear oil spray is suitable for use in adults and children from 3 years. Dosage and method of administration: How should you apply Cerustop Ear Oil Spray? To remove excess or hardened earwax, it is recommended to spray 2 - 3 sprays of body-warm Cerustop ear oil into the external ear canal for adults and 1 - 2 sprays for children. To prevent the ear oil from flowing out, close the ear with a small cotton ball, whereby the bag must only be loosely inserted and never pressed into the ear canal. After about 10 minutes of exposure, rinse the ear gently with warm water - if possible with a hand shower. In case of severe hardening, a repetition of the procedure is recommended. For additional cleaning of the auricle, spray a few sprays of body-warm Cerustop ear oil on a cotton ball and remove adhering earwax, dirt and dander by wiping it out several times pinna. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. After rinsing with water, we recommend the use of Normison ear drops for rapid drying and restoration of the natural acid mantle of the skin of the external auditory canal. For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
