The Caffè Espresso Bio was created through a cooperation with the renowned family roasting of Schreyögg from South Tyrol and the star chef Julia Komp. As a passionate coffee drinker, the star cheen together with the traditional company perfected a unique coffee mixture that is served in her Cologne restaurant. The coffee beans are roasted with great care and dedication. With a temperature of up to 230 degrees, they develop their full aroma and unwanted acids can be broken down within exactly 16 minutes. The result is an incomparable taste experience!
The blend is a real pleasure for everyone: n coffee lover: in. Made from 100 % exquisite Arabica beans that come from organic cultivation and are fairtrade certified, this espresso convinces with its full, strong note and its silky crema. In this special coffee composition, the finest, nutty aromas develop that make this blend an unmistakable taste experience. The beans of the Caffè Espresso Bio from Kenzolie come from selected producers from Central and South America (Peru, Honduras, Mexico), which stand for the highest quality and sustainability. The roasted coffee tastes particularly good as an espresso or as a coffee specialty with milk, prepared in the portafilter machine or in the fully automatic coffee machine.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
