Description

The Busasa filter coffee is a lively mix of 100 % Arabica coffee beans of the Red Bourbon variety. The Arabica beans were grown in BUSASA CWS in Burundi - so the name of the filter coffee comes! What is Busasa CWS? Busasa CWS is a washing station that is located near the Ruvubu National Park in the municipality of Buhinyuza, in the province of Muyinga in northern Burundis. It is located on a Busasa hill and collects the coffee cherries of ten surrounding and its own coffee plantation. There are more than 7,000 coffee plants on your own coffee plantation!
The BUSASA filter coffee from the Seekind Coffee Roastery is very brightly roasted. The character is fruity and lively and is really fun! The taste has sweet notes of lush strawberries. With the BUSASA filter coffee, Seekind Coffee created a super lively filter coffee that stands for a cup full of fruit aromas. The filter coffee can be prepared in the hand filter, in which Frenchpress, Aeropress also in the filter coffee machine.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
