Organic baking mix for gluten-free brownies
Storage and usage conditions
Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Preparation
You need: 1 springform pan (26 cm) or 1 baking dish (approx. 20 x 20 cm).
Preparation with butter, milk and egg:
You add: 175 g soft butter, 2 eggs 100 ml, 150 ml milk. Preheat the oven to 175°C with top and bottom heat. Mix the brownie mixture with 175 g soft butter and 2 eggs. Then slowly stir in 150 ml milk. Spread the mixture in the baking tin, smooth it out and bake on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly and cut into pieces.
Preparation without milk and egg:
You add: 150 g soft margarine, 125 ml soy or cereal drink. Preheat the oven to 175°C with top and bottom heat. Dissolve 150 g margarine and add 125 ml soy drink. Then pour the brownie mixture into a bowl. Add the margarine-soy mixture and stir until smooth. Spread the dough into the baking pan and smooth it out. Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes.
Tip: Chocolate Frosting
150 g powdered sugar, 50 g cocoa, 50 g soft butter, briefly beat 2 tablespoons of hot water with a hand mixer and spread on the brownies.
